Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Jocose provides a wide range of products which includes Men Boxers Shorts, Men Lounge Pants, Bath Towels and Men Kurta Pajamas. We take care to fulfil our customers will and wish of abovementioned products. We do provide the facility to return/exchange the product subject to the conditions mentioned below. It‘s inquietude to us if our customer is not 100% satisfied with the items they received, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 15 days after the date of delivery and we have made the returns easy.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

The Product will be collected from the customer’s address within 3-4 working days.

After pick-up and receiving the product, Jocose Quality check team will check the product for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Correct Product Fabric/ Colour of the Product/ Design/ Brand/ Size should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product Any extra accessory provided along with the product or freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
Invoice Original Invoice must be present with the product.

The JOCOSE QC team will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met.

For any product for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller and verified by the JOCOSE QC team.

Process to follow to initiate any return/exchange Request

The customer needs to raise a request by filling up a short form (Return/exchange request) given below to return or exchange the product.

Once the customer raised the Return/Exchange request and submitted along with the appropriate filled above mentioned form. The refund will be reviewed after receiving the request form, verification and acceptance of JOCOSE QC team accepts the product only then the refund process will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back in the customer’s Bank account within 7 working days.

General Rules for a successful Return

  1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
  3. If there is any manufacturing defect in the product then only the company is liable to pay the shipping charges of the return/exchange else the customer have to pay any such charges.

Return is only possible if there is any manufacturing defect, size or color variation (“If the customer receives a product of different color or size than what he/she ordered”) else only exchange option will be available.

Return Conditions

  1. Return Time & Order Status
  2. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days after the date of delivery.
  3. Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in India.
  4. If you receive a damaged/defective item, JOCOSE Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
  5. Regarding Mismatched Products

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out, we will not be held responsible for the return of such products which is not ours.

Please Note: We reserve the right not to process returns in the following situations:

  1. Return exceeds the return time limit
  2. Return the product which is not “Ours”.
  3. Return items belong in the NON-Returnable category
  4. Return without application/form.
